1. Overview and Authorized Reseller

qwelto is operated by El Yazid Tebbaa. To provide secure payment processing, qwelto partners with Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd), who acts as our Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for all transactions completed on our platform.

All transactions, subscription billing, and associated refund requests are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and Conditions and this Refund Policy.

2. General Refund Principles

As a provider of digital software access and downloadable/generated assets (including vector logos, brand kit ZIPs, website banners, and social posts), completed transactions are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except where required by applicable local consumer protection laws or discretionary approval by Paddle.

3. Statutory Withdrawal Rights (Regional)

Depending on your location, local consumer protection laws grant you specific unconditional rights to withdraw from your purchase:

  • European Union / EEA / United Kingdom / Switzerland / Turkey / Israel: Consumers have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from digital content and service contracts and receive a full refund, starting from the transaction date. Note: In accordance with applicable laws, this right does not apply if you have started downloading, exporting, or otherwise utilizing the digital content, and have given your express consent to waive your withdrawal rights upon first download/use.
  • Canada / South Korea / Brazil / China: Consumers have a 7-day unconditional right to cancel digital content or service contracts after delivery and receive a full refund.
  • Singapore: Consumers have a 5-day unconditional right to cancel digital content or service contracts and receive a full refund.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you are eligible for a refund under statutory guidelines, or if you believe you have a discretionary claim (such as an accidental duplicate transaction), you may request a refund by:

  • Using the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in your transaction confirmation email sent by Paddle.
  • Visiting the Paddle Buyer Support Portal directly at https://paddle.net.
  • Contacting the developer team directly at support@qwelto.online to resolve technical disputes or manual access requests.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 14 days of approval.

5. Refunds for Technical Defects

If you experience persistent technical defects that prevent you from successfully generating, exporting, or accessing your brand kits, and our developer support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable period, a full refund will be issued through Paddle in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
